Your responsibilities

Conducting technical and functional workshops with customers to gather and refine requirements
Designing, developing and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and solution concepts
Performing developer tests and ensuring the highest quality standards
Supporting system integrations, upgrades and automation initiatives
Collaborating with business stakeholders, architects and project managers to develop sustainable solutions

Your profile

Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
Initial or advanced experience with the ServiceNow platform, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM or custom applications
Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and REST or SOAP APIs
Experience integrating external systems is an advantage
Strong analytical skills, a structured work style and enthusiasm for complex technical challenges
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
