Your responsibilities

Designing and architecting scalable, secure and high performing ServiceNow solutions
Advising customers and stakeholders on optimal system usage, integration strategies and technical roadmaps
Leading and facilitating workshops, architecture reviews and technical design sessions
Supporting requirements analysis, solution definition and effort estimation
Managing and ensuring the quality of implementation projects in close collaboration with developers and consultants
Defining and implementing ServiceNow best practices, governance standards and reuse strategies
Mentoring development teams and fostering technical excellence

Your profile

Degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions
Strong knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, SPM or App Engine
Deep technical understanding of JavaScript, Flow Designer, integration APIs (REST or SOAP), CMDB and UI or UX
Experience with cloud architectures, integration frameworks and security concepts
Strong communication and presentation skills at both management and team level
Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
