ServiceNow – Engagement Manager

As a ServiceNow Engagement Manager you take full responsibility for ServiceNow projects, from the first customer interaction all the way through planning and successful implementation. You work closely with solution architects, consultants and developers to drive the digital transformation of our customers with focus and clarity..
Your responsibilities

End to end responsibility for the management of ServiceNow implementation projects

Advising and supporting customers at management level, from project initiation to post go live phases

Planning, budgeting and resource management for multiple parallel engagements

Coordination of interdisciplinary teams including consulting, development, architecture and support

Ensuring quality, timelines and customer satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle

Proactive identification of risks, opportunities and potential for further expansion

Contribution to the development of best practices, delivery frameworks and governance structures

Supporting sales in pre sales activities, proposals and presentations
Your profile
-
Degree in business, computer science, project management or a comparable qualification
-
Several years of experience managing complex IT or ServiceNow projects
-
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM or SPM
-
Experience with agile and classic project management methods such as Scrum or SAFe, PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
-
Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills

A strong sense for customer relationships and business value

Excellent English skills, German is a plus
