Your responsibilities

Developing and implementing customized applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform
Analysing technical requirements and working closely with consultants, architects and customers
Configuring, scripting and customizing ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM or ITOM
Integrating external systems via REST or SOAP APIs and other interfaces
Creating and maintaining technical documentation
Performing tests and code reviews to ensure quality and stability
Supporting system updates, upgrades and the continuous improvement of the platform

Your profile

Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
Practical experience in ServiceNow development
Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and web APIs (REST or SOAP)
Experience with Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts and similar tools
Knowledge of ITIL processes is an advantage
Analytical mindset, strong team spirit and a passion for clean, sustainable code
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
