Your responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing customized applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform

  • Analysing technical requirements and working closely with consultants, architects and customers

  • Configuring, scripting and customizing ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM or ITOM

  • Integrating external systems via REST or SOAP APIs and other interfaces

  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation

  • Performing tests and code reviews to ensure quality and stability

  • Supporting system updates, upgrades and the continuous improvement of the platform


Your profile

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification

  • Practical experience in ServiceNow development

  • Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and web APIs (REST or SOAP)

  • Experience with Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts and similar tools

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes is an advantage

  • Analytical mindset, strong team spirit and a passion for clean, sustainable code

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
