5.2 Newsletter Delivery via MailChimp

We use MailChimp, a service from The Rocket Science Group LLC, USA, to send newsletters. Your data may be transferred to and stored in the USA. This is done based on our legitimate interest in using a secure and user friendly newsletter system.

MailChimp uses tracking features such as web beacons to analyse newsletter performance. Data is collected pseudonymously and is not linked to your personal data.

You can object to this analysis by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with MailChimp based on EU standard contractual clauses. MailChimp is certified under the Privacy Shield Framework.
